Who we are

The San Diego Firehouse Museum is located in the Little Italy section of downtown San Diego.  Inside the museum, visitors will see firefighting memorabilia dating back 100 years. 

Everything from fire buckets to early firefighting apparatus is on display.  Admission is $5 for adults and $2 for children/seniors.  There is a gift shop with firefighting apparel for sale.  Credit cards, cash and checks are all accepted. Please contact us at (619)232-3473 with any questions.

The Firehouse Museum has a dirt parking lot that accommodates approximately 8 cars. There is additional metered parking until 6pm on Columbia Street. Handicap parking is located on Cedar St., just north of the museum.

Hours of Operation:
Thursday & Friday from 10am to 2pm
Saturday & Sunday from 10am to 4pm.

    Rent our Space

    The Firehouse Museum is available to rent for your private party.  A full functioning commercial kitchen, AV equipment and tables/chairs are included in the rental. We also accommodate everything from retirements to children's birthday parties.  Please contact the Executive Director for rates and availability.
